I was grow up in Bandung. But, after left if for about 15 years, I somehow don't get to the new town. Foods are everywhere. My sister took me to this place called Kingsley Batagor and Siomay. Adjacent to it, is the famous es campur Oyen. I remember Oyen, but I don't remember about this Kingsley. Why Kingsley?
Well, though I don't post the picture here, trust me, the Batagor is very good. The Siomay tasted fish and the tofu so soft. Very different than the usual siomay/batagor that not offer much than the taste of proccessed flour. The sauce is crunchy with strong taste of peanuts and fresh smell of lemon.
And the es campur, though I can not exactly tell what its difference with other es campur, I can tell that this one is so good. :)
